This policy explains how StudyBuddyCST handles refunds, subscription cancellations, and the access changes that happen when premium access ends.

StudyBuddyCST sells digital study content and digital subscription access. Because access can be granted immediately after purchase, refunds are limited.
Individual premium exam purchases grant 30 days of access from the date of purchase to the purchased premium exam and related premium review materials.
These purchases are generally non-refundable after access has been granted, except in cases of duplicate charges, billing errors, or a verified technical issue that prevented access and could not be resolved within a reasonable time.
Exam-code subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.
You may cancel a subscription at any time to prevent future renewal. When canceled, access generally remains active through the end of the current paid billing period and then ends unless renewed.
Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except in cases of duplicate charges, billing errors, or a verified technical issue that prevented access and could not be resolved within a reasonable time.
After a 30-day purchase window ends or a subscription expires, premium question review and explanations may no longer be available.
Submitted attempts may remain available in summary form, including overall score and competency or subtopic performance information.
For billing questions, duplicate charges, cancellation questions, or refund requests, contact jenna@studybuddycst.com and include the email used for purchase, the exam or subscription involved, and a brief description of the issue.
Please contact us as soon as possible after the issue appears so we can investigate while payment details are current.
If a refund is approved, it will be sent back through the original payment method when possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and card issuer.
We may update this Refunds and Cancellations Policy from time to time. Any updated version will be posted on the site with a revised effective date.
