StudyBuddyCST provides digital teacher certification exam preparation materials, including free and paid practice exams, question banks, study tools, progress tracking, and related support content.

By using the platform, you agree to use it only for lawful, personal, non-commercial study purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You may need an account to use certain features. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account details reasonably up to date.

Some content on StudyBuddyCST is available only through paid access.

Individual premium practice exam purchases grant access to the purchased premium exam and its related premium review content for 30 days from the date of purchase.

Exam-code subscriptions grant access to the premium content included under that exam code while the subscription remains active and paid.

After premium access ends, submitted attempts may remain available in summary form, including overall score and competency or subtopic performance data, but question text, explanations, and other premium review materials may no longer be accessible.

Subscriptions renew automatically on a recurring basis unless canceled before the next billing date.

If a subscription is canceled, access generally continues through the end of the current paid billing period and then ends unless renewed.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. StudyBuddyCST does not store full payment card information on its own servers.

By making a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge your selected payment method for the amount shown at checkout.

Refund and cancellation terms are described in the Refunds and Cancellations Policy.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Refunds and Cancellations Policy on refund-related issues, the Refunds and Cancellations Policy controls.

You may not copy, resell, scrape, redistribute, reverse engineer, or misuse the platform or its content.

You may not share paid access, interfere with platform security, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated means to extract protected content without permission.

StudyBuddyCST and its content, including text, branding, design, study materials, question sets, and software, are owned by StudyBuddyCST or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing access does not transfer ownership of the content to you. It gives you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the content for your personal study purposes during the access period.

StudyBuddyCST is designed to support exam preparation, but it does not guarantee any exam score, certification result, employment outcome, or admission decision.

Study outcomes depend on many factors, including how you study and the requirements of the exam provider.

StudyBuddyCST may update, change, suspend, or remove features, content, pricing, or supported exams at any time.

We will use reasonable efforts to keep the platform available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms, misused the platform, or created risk for the platform or other users.

You may stop using the platform at any time.

The platform is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StudyBuddyCST is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform.
